Been disabled since 1990, have a grown son and my own place. Became diabetic over two years ago,changed my diet, work out daily lost over sixty pounds and no longer need to take insulin daily. Have more weight to lose but I don't give up.

I’m a stroke survivor! I have everything back but my speech is limited. However, I can talking with everyone, but its not perfect. Lol Camping, vacations, music, dancing, watching football, watching movies…..You can ask me anything.
