In 2020 I lost my left leg due to Covid . It forced me to retire from a job I love going to everyday . I use to be a chef of 30 years . In the time that I’ve had I decided to write a cookbook. A Sugar free gluten free dessert cookbook . And had it published. And now I am in the middle of the second one. But I’m getting bored. I need some company.
