An Ideal First Date Would Be

Going to a nice state or national park, tossing a tablecloth over a picnic table & having great tasting variety of finger foods, i.e. cheeses, meats, spreads/dips, veggies, fruits, fresh breads/crackers, homemade mini desserts, a thermos of homemade cocktails, & a cooler of ice. (All prepared in advance by me :-) Sitting across the table from one another for a few hours, chatting, laughing, and getting to know one another’s personalities like…Movie and music genres, belief systems, political stances, hobbies, etc. During 1st few dates, I quickly withdraw & am completely turned off by men who want to jump right into romanticism, hugging, kissing, etc. I want to get to be friends first, and then see where it goes from there.
