Tall, well educated and well traveled, I am easygoing, intelligent, honest, ethical, moral, straight forward, romantic, spontaneous and enjoy outings with friends and love being a kid sometimes. Growing up in the south, my mother taught me to eat my vegetables which has kept me youthful. LOL

During my career I was an Air Force pilot, taught accounting in the community college, have written software, designed computer networks and retired as Executive VP & CIO from a bank.

As a kid I was very dyslectic (still am) and failing in school until attending a special school for dyslectic kids with high IQ’s. In retirement I sought out and worked five years with a children’s charity for learning challenge children.

At our place in life marriage may not be an end goal but an affectionate loving partnership of adventure, lazy mornings and a wonderful life together is.

The important stuff... Why I am here:

While living in Vail, Colorado I was a volunteer judge in ski racing. One year Vail hosted the US National disabled skiing championships and I was ask to officiate. It was an eye opening event for me and I met a lot of wonderful people who happened to have a disability.

Honestly I am shy about meeting someone and will not know what to say or do. But I would very much enjoy meeting someone who could become a friend and possibly a companion for life...

You enjoy being outdoors, live theatre, concerts and lectures, movies on the big screen, baseball at the park, dining out and cooking together at home. How about bowling or billiards? And of course snuggling under a blanket watching a romantic Hallmark movie or Netflix.

I would rather get my exercise walking hand in hand talking together than at the gym. I am neither athletic or competitive but do work on staying active and healthy.
