I m having to learn to stand and walk again . My hands are worse than most because of carpal tunnel and arthritis. I was using cane and walker. it got so bad before surgery I was In ap wheelchair. Took a year for surgery. 8 months to heal. Now, I get cortisone shots in my thumbs because of the pain. My thumbs cramp up
