Good at: Remembering song lyrics. Remembering seemingly minute details of our conversation and time together. Troubleshooting (basic computer issues/lifelife). Reading people. Hoping for the best/imagining the worst Appreciating beauty in the things/situations around me. Giving helpful//insightful perspective when asked. hugs. Laughing LOUD and HARD at really goofy, weird things. Being accepting/non judgmental. (Everyone has a story and there's no one you couldn't love if you could read their story). Likes/Dislikes: Books: Non fiction more than fiction. I do not care for sci/-fi/alternate reality genres. Books that let me vicariously experience things that I most likely won't get to /wouldn't want to do in my life time. TV/Movies: Action, Comedy, Drama, Romance, Campy/Cult Classics. Nothing with realistic violence or abuse. (I.E. Shooting Aliens -cool. Torture and abusing fellow human beings- not watching it). Not a huge TV watcher,but I do like a few shows. Shows: (theatre): YES....ALL THE YES! seriously I love theatre and was a choir nerd/theatre geek all through school. Music: gives me life energy. I sing and I listen to music A LOT. It's an activity in and of itself. If I'm listening to music, I'm not doing anything else. It's an energy restoring/anxiety reducing/ fun /spiritual activity for me. "My taste ranges from me shaking you while screaming 'OH MY GOD YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS!' all the way to 'Please don't judge me' Which is pretty accurate for me. I love Acapella and Acoustic above all else. I just can't get into today's country and gansta' rap. Food: I'm not so much an adventurous eater. but I like togetherness it cultivates. Salt/dairy over sweets Love Indian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Greek, American. Not so much South Asian fare. My essentials list: Singing Music Hot water bottle, Flowers. Modern/Eastern Medicine Great conversation that sucks you in so deep you become unaware of time and anything else around you.
