Me describiría a mi mismo como

I have a quiet intellectual side, but I still have a sense of humor! I enjoy spending time with friends, engaging in all sorts of discussions. I like various kinds of foreign food -- especially Thai, Indian, and Japanese. I am willing to try any other cuisine, too. On the intellectual side, I´m interested in math and the sciences in general, medical issues, politics, music, and art. I like to keep up with what´s going on internationally. I love exploring cities, beaches, and new places. Have map, will travel! I can;t really hike, but I still love to explore.I´ve been in Indiana for 20 years, lived in San Francisco for 15 years before that, and am originally from the east coast. (A native New Yorker)I am Jewish and while not religious, I am strongly culturally identified. I´m curious about all sorts of cultures and practices. I´m really not into mysticism of any type.I am looking for someone who enjoys good conversation and has varied interests. Life is short! Let´s make it meaningful and fun! I don´t have a lot of restrictions about what I will or won´t accept in another person, but there are a couple of serious turn-offs. Narrow-minded spiritual practices, refusal to allow another person to live by different beliefs, lack of respect for other belief systems -- these are non-starters. Genuine support and respect for each other, not causing pain and suffering to each other, if at all possible, are very important.Another non-starter: substance abuse issues, smoking, alcohol, criminal records. Unless things like these were very very long ago, I don´t thing we should even meet.Positive, creative energies are encouraged! Subtle, quiet discussions are great! Let´s see what we come up with! We may not be able to do everything others might do, but we can find new ways and new things to explore! Let's be creative. My mind knows no bounds! Does yours?Patience, genuine care, curiosity, and a passion for life are core values of mine. Ethics mean a lot to me, but I'm NOT moralistic. Maybe you are like this, too?
