My names Todd. I’m 42. I want what most people want in a relationship. True Love, and to be treated with respect. I’m looking for someone who can be honest, faithful, caring, and can see me for who I am as a person and not for my disability. I live by two mottos in life. One, I never assume anything about anybody. I always judge someone solely based on their actions. And the second thing is, I never judge someone based on what a person looks like. Now, I will agree that a person must feel a personal attraction to a person before a relationship can work, but I’ve experienced that ones personality will eventually outshine a persons looks once you get to know someone.
I was born disabled. I have Epidermolysis Bullosa. It’s a rare genetic skin disorder. In 2012 I was diagnosed with skin cancer and in order to keep it from spreading I had to have my right arm amputated and in 2017 the cancer returned and I had to have my right leg amputated. Even though I’m in a wheelchair, for the most part I take care of myself. I live alone, so I’ve learned how to do all the things that are required in my daily life. I can still drive and I do. I’m also a pretty good cook. So, why don’t you let me cook a nice dinner for you.

My ideal first date would really depend on the woman I’m going out with, but if she was open to anything I would first start with a nice dinner out where we could enjoy some good food and conversation, just so we can get to know each other better. After dinner we would probably go do something fun, so we can laugh and feel more relaxed. Finally, to top off the night I would go for a walk by the water or in the park where we can stare up at the stars.
