Hi there! My name is John Paul, most refer to me as either JP or Johnny... your choice as either is fine :-) Seeking a relationally and emotionally mature woman of integrity that places high value on things like honesty, loyalty, empathy, compassion, communication, faith, family etc. A woman that doesn't let her sufferings dictate her character or joy in life, confident in "who" she is based on good character. That understands the material things of life and ones achievements and/or status quo mean very little in comparison to a person's character and personality traits. Humility is most attractive, that said... a woman that doesn't view herself in a lofty way and that appreciates the blessings of life... especially those that love her and with whom she loves.
***I've reached an age where I'd rather remain alone than to ever again consider someone with issues regarding relational destructive habits such as lying, manipulating, and/or a spirit of entitlement. I need a mature woman, a giver like myself, emotionally available and with good communication skills! I'm also extremely affectionate, a very romantic soul that's always thinking of ways to enhance the romantic bond I share with my woman. I tend to be known as highly romantic, thoughtful, generous, caring, affectionate, a great listener as well as communicator, and a very empathetic person.
I was always a sensitive individual, particularly to the feelings and concerns of others but often to the exclusion of my own, I imagine the beauty of a love relationship with a woman of these very qualities... because when you have both people putting their partner's needs at front and center you have the makings of a powerful love!
I'm an advanced guitarist but mainly just a hobbyist that hopes to record my original music at home... I'm too riddled with chronic pain issues to consider the predictable obligation of ever being in a band etc, and I'd much rather be home and available to the woman in my life than to be spending 2-3 nights a week out with "the boys" so to speak... my alone-time with my woman is wayyyyy more attractive to me and what I'd much rather be doing!
I'm an avid lead guitarist known for my advanced speed and technical abilities mainly in the heavy instrumental realm such as prog metal/djent/neoclassical fusion virtuoso style shred/lead guitar, but also play fingerstyle acoustic and nylon instrumental as well.
I just love crafty music and I especially love to utilize "exotic" theory, exotic scale application such as Byzantine, Persian, Egyptian and so on... when applied to heavy instrumental guitar music (because I don't typically like the VOCAL screaming and guttural growling often used in much of today's Metal) it makes for very interesting sounds with which I'm known for creating.
Again, just my hobby though, I have absolutely no plans whatsoever to EVER be in a band or playing out because my pains and medical conditions are too unpredictable, but also not what I have ever desired even when I was much younger...
definitely want to be spending my time with the woman I love enjoying the time we have "together" and discovering "mutual" interests and hobbies too <3
***I love mysteries, thrillers, investigative such as seen on "ID", old classic movies especially scary fright flicks,horror movies both old and new, Christmastime and wintery scenery, Autumn is my favorite though.
I'm very friendly and sociable but not overbearing or flirty.

While physical attractiveness is what we first notice it'll never KEEP my interest if I don't sense moral and ethical integrity! If a woman seems immature relationally that's a major turn-off to me.
I find things like humility, honesty, loyalty, empathy, sensitivity to others feelings etc HIGHLY ATTRACTIVE much more so than a woman's outer beauty, although I must feel physically attracted, but a beautiful person quickly becomes ugly if their character lacks, and the same is true otherwise.
