A technology consultant running my own business allowing me flexibility to travel when and where I want. My tech background has been beneficial to me overcoming the difficulties I've been presented with, such as modified vehicles, tricycles, electrical stimulation for walking to name a few. Being a car enthusiast, road trips are top of my list of activities. River and sea cruising are my preferred way to see the World and learn about it. Recumbent tricycling is also how I get about as well as get exercise, plus a workout in the local gym and pool once a week. Keeping in touch with my sons and grandsons is important to me too, though looking after them is more of a challenge. Being an ex musician, classical music is one of my loves, as well as popular music, with the Beatles, Queen and Genesis being my all time favourites. My cars all have decent sound systems. My stroke has lead to me being unexpectedly on my own, through no choice of my own.
