I believe no person is a complete individual without a partner and no one is born to live alone. I have become very able to survive alone in spite of being an orphan with a disability. Now I'm ready to establish "family" in my life again. Why? Because I love myself enough now to know how to give someone else that same forgiving love. The kind of acceptance that grows stronger as it is shared between "two".
During my life most of my jobs were clarical. I no longer work and collect Social Security. I write poetry in my spare time and am seeking publication. I've never based success on the amount of cash in life, it comes and goes. Success is the amount of love one has to give.
I enjoy movies, books, classic rock, my cat and my friends. I enjoy a good conversation rather than TV. The best of my years were in San Diego. I have a city state of mind, am a 420 hippie, I don't like violence but do enjoy a Bloody Mary. That's me.
